Which Hand Wrap Length Should I Choose?

• 2.5m – Smaller hands, juniors or a quick wrap for fitness boxing and bag work.

• 4.5m – Larger hands or fighters who want maximum wrist and knuckle coverage for heavy bag work and sparring.

How to Wrap Your Hands

1. Anchor the thumb – Put your thumb through the loop and wrap around the wrist 2–3 times.
2. Pad the knuckles – Wrap across the back of the hand and around the knuckles 2–3 times.
3. Secure the fingers – Weave between the fingers to lock the knuckles together.
4. Finish at the wrist – Wrap the remaining length around the wrist and fasten with the velcro.
