Shipping Policy
We will ship your item on the same day if you order before 12pm and most of our packages are delivered within 2-3 working days depending on the Delivery Method chosen. In some cases it can take up to 10 days for your item to arrive and you should Contact us via messaging system and we will do our Best to track the item or send out a replacement if the item is lost. Delays in delivery could be caused by Royal Mail courier company and we always ship on the agreed date, please understand that if your item has missed it’s delivery due date, please contact us before before opening a case.
