Customised items are made to order based on the specifications you provide. Bulk orders are subject to a separate quote and agreed timelines.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Import duties, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Standard, non-customised items may be returned within 30 days. Customised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Be Smart International's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order.
